In addition, the Fedélzet Bistro in the harbour is waiting for you for a meal or a drink. You can also stay overnight in our four-star Pension on the waterfront of Alsóörs, which also hosts corporate events.
Building community is important to us, so join our Alsóörs Marina Sailing Club, where we have a range of activities, children's and adult sailing camps. You can participate in sailing competitions, try different water sports.
Water storage in winter
The fully wave-protected harbour, with its 21st-century technological solution, allows you to store your vessels on the water in winter without any problems. When the weather is good, owners can use their boats in the off- and in the low season.

Tuned for water level, tuned for boats
Thanks to a floating pontoon system made by the Italian company Martini Alfredo, the level of the piers in the harbour changes with the water level, making it easier to board and disembark boats.
The 244-berth capacity Alsóörs Marina has its own indoor boat repair and maintenance boatyard, which allows boats to be serviced at any time of the year.

Help is close at hand: the emergency rescue boat Rupert of the Water Rescue Services of Hungary is based in Alsóörs Marina.
The Rupert is on standby 24 hours a day during the summer season to ensure that help arrives in time if needed.
The Water Rescue Service of Hungary provides a high level of rescue and emergency care, including first aid on the open water.
The BalatonHelp service of the Water Rescue Service of Hungary is also available free of charge to our boat owners during the season.
Services:
- Rescue of life, or in case of illness or sickness, transportation to shore
- In case of accident, notification of designated persons
- In the event of failure or inoperability (e.g. towing in the event of running aground on a sandbank), towing to the nearest port or mother harbour by a rescue vessel under 7 m
- In the event of failure or inoperability (e.g. breakage of the mast), towing to the nearest marina or mother harbour with a rescue vessel over 7 m
- Assistance requiring diving equipment or recovery, dewatering, towing to the nearest or mother harbour of a sunken submerged vessel after survey: 20% discount on the individual offer price

Although we are well aware of the preparedness and dedication of the Hungarian Water Rescue Service, we are confident that our fellow sailors will not need the service. Nevertheless, we recommend everyone to download the BalatonHelp app, get on the water prepared and indulge your passion!
Alsóörs Marina is an ideal base in the Eastern Basin of Balaton, as everything is 1-1.5 hours away on the water.
Most of the Balaton sailing races are easily accessible from Alsóörs, due to its central location.

The four-star Alsóörs Marina Pension has been waiting for its guests on one of the most beautiful spots of Lake Balaton's eastern basin since 2016. Built directly on the shore of the Alsóörs Marina, the Pension harmonises with the natural surroundings of Lake Balaton in both its interior and exterior design. It offers high quality services and 12 rooms in total.
The rooms
All rooms have a private terrace overlooking Lake Balaton, air conditioning, bathroom with shower, fridge, free WiFi and LED TV. Our guests have the possibility to choose between our Standard (for 2 persons) and Standard Plus (for 3 persons) room types. The rooms on the first floor can be combined into a family suite, so we can easily accommodate a family who want to relax together. We have created a separate room with access for disabled guests. In addition to the basic amenities, we also provide special needs equipment and design, with a specially designed bathroom for our guests with reduced mobility.
Adventures and hikes
A perfect destination for water sports enthusiasts, our harbour offers boat and electric boat rental, as well as private boat storage. Its favourable location also makes it a good starting point for hikers wishing to explore the Balaton highlands. Tihany is 15 km away, Balatonfüred 8 km and Veszprém 30 km.

We offer closed, guarded parking for our guests.
Corporate events in a Lake Balaton environment
Whether it's a conference, workshop or team building training, our fully equipped event room allows 20 people to comfortably develop their company values. The catering for corporate events - coffee breaks, preparations, breakfast, lunch, dinner - is provided by the Fedélzet Bistro.
